This class is suitable for all levels of yoga students. It combines movement, breath, meditation and chanting. You do not need to be familiar with any poses for this class as they are all very simple movements and they will be explained as we go along. We ask that you only do what you are comfortable with and if something is painful for you please modify the movement or follow along with the breath work or mantra only if you need to rest. Most of the movements are repetitive and give an opportunity for the joints and muscle to become free through repetition. These movements awaken the kundalini energy in the body and stimulate the nervous system to bring us to calm centre in which focus and creation can begin.
